Who I Work With

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who want support navigating emotional, behavioral, relationship, or everyday life challenges.

I have a particular interest in helping young people better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges at home, school, and in their relationships.

Areas I Help With

I support clients experiencing concerns such as:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • ADHD and behavioral concerns

  • Trauma

  • Family and relationship conflict

  • Stress and life transitions

  • Substance use concerns

  • Emotional regulation

  • Communication difficulties

My goal is to help clients better understand what they are experiencing while developing practical skills they can use in everyday life.

My Approach to Counseling

My approach is client-centered, supportive, and evidence-based.

I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can talk openly, better understand their experiences, and identify meaningful ways to move forward.

I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges.

Most importantly, I believe counseling should be tailored to the person. Your experiences, culture, relationships, strengths, and goals all matter in determining how we work together.

What You Can Expect Working With Me

You can expect a therapist who will listen, support you, and also help you look at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Our work may include strengthening coping skills, improving communication, managing emotions, processing difficult experiences, and identifying realistic goals for change.

My goal is for you to leave therapy with both a better understanding of yourself and practical tools you can use outside of the counseling session.

Telehealth Availability

I currently provide counseling primarily through telehealth, offering clients and families the flexibility to participate in therapy from a private and comfortable location.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, taking the first step toward counseling can make a meaningful difference.

If my approach sounds like a good fit for you, I would be glad to learn more about what you are experiencing and work with you toward meaningful change.
