Michelle ODonnell

Michelle O’Donnell is a Resident in Counseling who earned a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2020 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with emphasis on Addictions and Recovery, in 2017. She has experience working with individuals of all ages in individual, group, couple, and family sessions. For 4 years, she has provided a holistic counseling approach to include therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Reality Therapy. She believes in a “no size fits all therapeutic approach where each person is different and should receive therapy that fits their specific needs.” In addition to outpatient counseling, Michelle currently works as a Multisystemic Therapist and is a PhD: Developmental Psychology student at Liberty University.
