Teddi Kenyear MS, RIC
Teddi Kenyear has over 16 years of experience working with youth and adults who have trauma related issues, mental health issues, and contacts with the justice system. Her experience includes program development, assessment of service needs, conducting trainings for those who work with at-risk-youth, and considerable work with community agencies. Teddi grew up in the Richmond area. After graduation from Huguenot High School, Teddi obtained her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. She later obtained a M.S. degree in Criminal Justice and another M.S. degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Teddi is a member of the National Counseling Association, the Virginia Juvenile Justice Association, the Virginia Gang Investigators Association, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Teddi believes wellness of children is a community priority. She states if the children are well, there are indications of a strong community.
